Cancellation Policy

Consultation fees are substracted from your total event cost once booked. All booking fees are NON REFUNDABLE. If you need to cancel your booked consultation please notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled consultation. Once your consultation is cancelled or no showed you must rebook and pay the consultation fee to be rescheduled. In the event that Kreative Sisters has to reschedule your consultation we will reach out to you at least 24 hours before your consultation time. Your rescheduled consultation will be rebooked at no additional cost. There are absolutely no acceptations to this policy!
